1. Platform Overview & Acceptance of Terms

GiftAcross ("we", "us", or "our") operates an enterprise multi-occasion e-commerce marketplace connecting international Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) and global patrons with handcrafted gifts, authentic gourmet sweets, floral arrangements, festive hampers, and sacred ceremonial articles across 150+ countries.

By browsing, registering an account, or completing an order on this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

2. Destination Country & Catalog Availability

To ensure compliance with cross-border customs regulations and express courier capabilities, our catalog is strictly partitioned by destination country:

• When you select a delivery country (such as India, United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, or UAE), catalog items, delivery lead times, and shipping fees reflect only what can be delivered reliably to that territory.
• Your shopping cart is safely isolated per destination country. Selecting an alternate destination creates a distinct active cart context without removing items previously stored under other territories.

3. Dual-Currency Pricing & Payment Processing

Our store operates an automated dual-currency processing architecture:

• Indian Rupee (INR ₹): Automatically presented for visitors browsing from India. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay supporting UPI, NetBanking, RuPay, and domestic credit/debit cards.
• US Dollar (USD $): Automatically assigned for international visitors. Payments are processed via Stripe supporting international Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
• Pricing displayed at final checkout is all-inclusive of standard transaction fees. Your bank or card issuer may apply their standard foreign transaction fees if paying with an account denominated in a third currency.

4. Multi-Vendor Order Processing

When you complete an order containing gifts from multiple regional artisans or specialized vendors (e.g., designer Rakhis paired with authentic Haldiram sweets or fresh flowers), our marketplace automatically creates sub-orders dispatched from specialized fulfillment hubs.

While items may arrive in separate shipments depending on regional availability, you receive unified order tracking and dedicated customer care throughout transit.

5. Accuracy of Recipient Information

Because cross-border express couriers (DHL Express, FedEx, BlueDart) require verifiable consignee information, you agree to provide:

• A complete, physical delivery address (P.O. Boxes are not permitted for international express dispatches).
• A valid local mobile phone number for the recipient so delivery drivers can coordinate on-time delivery.
• Accurate apartment, suite, or flat numbers and correct zip/postal codes.

We cannot be held responsible for courier delays caused by incorrect or incomplete recipient addresses provided during checkout.

6. Intellectual Property & User Conduct

All content on this website—including photography, bespoke copy, trademarks, software code, graphic designs, and brand motifs—is the proprietary property of GiftAcross and protected under copyright and trademark laws. Any unauthorized reproduction, scraping, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising out of any order shall not exceed the total transaction amount paid by the customer for that order. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
